You turn up at the TidyFolk shed, clock in and everything you need for the night is ready to go. Here’s what being a Cleaning Crew Member actually looks like.
You’re employed part-time, not casually, with consistent weekly hours and the stability that comes with them.
Know your shifts three weeks ahead, making it easier to plan around study, family, work and life.
All shifts are Monday to Friday, so your Saturdays and Sundays are always yours to enjoy.
Company vans, commercial-grade equipment and cleaning products are supplied and ready to go for every shift.
You’ll work alongside another Cleaning Crew Member each shift, rather than being sent out to clean alone.
No cleaning experience? No problem. You’ll get hands-on training, clear checklists and support while you learn.

Cleaning experience is great, but it’s not what matters most to us. You can learn how to clean to the TidyFolk Standard. What we really need are good people we can trust, rely on and enjoy having as part of the crew.
You’ll be working closely with another crew member and looking after our clients’ workplaces, often after everyone has gone home. That takes trust. If you’re dependable, easy to get along with and take pride in doing a good job, you’re already most of the way there.
